This stone barn has been totally converted and if the visitors are to be believed the results are stunning. The barn has all you need for year round comfort, having both radiators and under floor central heating. Within the lounge the wood burner and Victorian cast iron spiral stairs just give it that extra touch of style. There are three large bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. Oak beams divide the kitchen and dining rooms from the lounge, the hand made oak front door and dining set just add to the feel good factor. There is a large single garage integral to the barn; behind we have a large wood construction giving cover and extra storage for garden equipment and wood etc. The garden is about 800sqmts with mature and new fruit trees, but is mainly lawn with an uninterrupted view. Lake Chambon is a four minute drive, Eguzon is a ten minute walk with all the shops you need. The A20 is 18klm to the west and gives direct access north to Paris and the UK, south to the Med and Spain. |
